Conditions for return of goods
Customers should check the goods condition and can exchange/ return the item right at the time of delivery/pick up in the following cases:
+ Goods, not the right type, model code in order, or as on the website at the time of order.
+ Not enough energy, not enough as in order.
+ Condition outside the affected packaging torn, peeling, breakage,...
Customers are responsible for the bill, or orders related to demonstrate the shortcomings on to complete the return goods.
